WHY DOES TRUMP OBJECT TO OVERSIGHT IN THE TRUMP VIRUS RELIEF BILL?

Trump objects to the oversight provisions in the 2 trillion $ Trump Coronavirus bill. Why? Was he hoping to skim some of the $ into his pockets and those of his cronies? America needs to remove the crook from the WH in the November election.

THE TRUMP VIRUS

Trump calls COVID19 the Chinese Virus. Actually no one created the virus. One might say that the president of  China at first tried to sweep the problem under the rug until he realized he could not do that with any success. But our President Trump did the same thing. He called the pandemic a "hoax" and also tried to sweep it under the rug because he was afraid it would hurt him politically thus delaying preparations for the attack. In addition he dismantled the USA pandemic response team over his term in office making us even more vulnerable. Therefore the virus has earned the name Trump more than the name Chinese.

BIDEN SANDERS DEBATE

Saw Biden Sanders Debate on TV this evening. Both performed well. Biden as front runner concentrated on how he would handle the coronavirus crisis, showing his expertise in using the levers of government which greatly contrasts with Trump's lack of ability and interest. Sanders promoted his progressive ideas. Biden gave some concessions, but after all both Biden and Sanders are progressive. Sanders is more of a purist in his progressiveness while Biden is more pragmatic. Biden's pragmatism can bring in former Republicans turned off by Trump who make up a significant number of voters. The debate was a good discussion of the issues and beneficial to the Democratic cause,

WHY DID TRUMP DELAY TESTING FOR CORONA VIRUS?

Why did the Trump administration delay testing for coronavirus early in the pandemic and falsely play down its seriousness?
I. For political reasons.
   A. He did not want a crisis to make him look unprepared after he underfunded the US Public Health Service.
   B. He was afraid the crisis would expose the weakness of the artificially propped up economy.
II. For personal financial interests. Interference with travel would hurt the profits at Trump Hotels.
III. Keeping down testing would keep the number of reported cases down which would serve Trump's image but delay treatment for victims of the disease.

AMERICANS MUST RESIST TRUMP/PUTIN AUTOCRACY AT THE NOVEMBER BALLOT

Trump favors sycophant loyalist advisers over informed honest ones in his attempt to transform America into a kleptocratic dicatorship modeled after Vladimir Putin's Russia with the blessing of most Republican senators. Americans must fight back in the elections this November.

COALESCENCE OF THE REAL PROGRESSIVES

I voted for Pete Buttegeige before he dropped out of of his campaign for the Democratic nomination.
I am proud of that vote. I am also proud of Mayor Pete for how he conducted and ended his campaign. Joe Biden is fortunate to have Pete's endorsement and assistance. I am sure we will hear more from Pete in the future. Pete showed real class in putting America ahead of himself and pulling Amy Klobuchor and Beto O'Rourke along with him. I hope Mike Bloomberg follows him as well.
