OBAMA/BIDEN RESPONSE TO EBOLA

Obama/Biden sent American personnel to lead the global response to the Ebola epidemic in West Africa years ago, thus preventing it from turning into a pandemic which might have spread all over the world including America. He also built a pandemic response team in the US government to deal with future pandemics, but Trump destroyed it. When the COVID 19 epidemic started spreading out of China, Trump downplayed it, called it a "hoax," and dragged his feet when it entered the USA until it became so obvious that he could no longer ignore it.
