Joe Biden as vice president worked with President Obama to lead a global alliance to stop the EBOLA epidemic before it had a chance to become a pandemic and reach America. Biden and Obama also set up an anti-pandemic task force in the US government to fight future pandemics.
Trump dismantled the Obama/Biden anti-pandemic task force and tried to ignore the COVID19 pandemic. Trump thought it would be politically expedient to sweep it under the rug, but the virus progressed until Trump could no longer ignore it, so Trump late in the game grudgingly recognized its existence. A prompt response would have saved lives and lessened the effect on the economy. That is one of the many reasons why Biden needs to be elected, and Trump needs to be removed.
